Experience

Lora Munson, CCIM is the head of the Tenant Representation Practice Group within Colliers International. While she has spent the last several years of her career focusing only on tenant representation, she has experience in all aspects of real estate including acquisitions, dispositions, leases, early termination agreements, interior space programming and design, efficiency analysis, and comprehensive financial analysis.
Lora is passionate about helping her clients. She prides herself on not being a typical transaction broker who is only interested in the next deal. She builds long term relationships with her clients by watching out for them in ways most brokers do not do such as thoroughly reviewing lease documents, estoppels, and SNDAs, performing annual operating expense audits, and providing lease administration services all at no additional cost to her clients. She is detail oriented, selfless, and one of the most respected agents in the business.
Lora began her real estate career in 1993. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of Utah with a degree in Finance. Lora also served in the student body government at the University in the government relations department.
Lora has been a long-time leader in the local Utah CCIM chapter holding such positions as President, Vice President, Membership Chair and Education Co-chair. Lora is also a developer of recreational fly fishing properties in southeast Idaho with her husband Drake.
